Terms and Conditions

1. Under the Annual Maintenance Scheme (AMS-925) we undertake repairs and maintenance services of following products : Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Fans, Coolers, Geysers, Washing Machines, Computers, Inverters, Laptops, Colour Televisions, Plasma Televisions, LCD Televisions, LED Televisions, CD-Players, Home Theaters, Room Heaters, Water Pumps, Water Purifiers, RO Systems, Electric Cookers, Electric Iron, Switch Boards, Restoration of Electric Breakdowns and Plumbing services.

2. The Annual Maintenance Scheme will be valid for a period of 12 months only.

3. The payment of Rs. 925/ (Rupees nine hundred twenty five only) per annum inclusive of service tax and will be accepted by cheque only. The cheque may be issued in favour of "Care and Repair India".

4. CRI shall attend 3 (three) visits for servicing of Air Conditioners, Inverters, Water Purifier and Ro system during the validity period of 12 months.

5. The cost of any component or spare part which would be replaced, will be borne by the customer.

6. CRI (Care & Repair India) shall attend 10 (ten) visits only {including 3 visits of servicing} for which the customer has not to pay any labour or visiting charges during the validity period of 12 months. Rs. 150/per visit will be charged after 10th visit if required.

7. Our working hours will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm except on Sundays or other public holidays.

8. The complaint of Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Fan, Cooler and Electric Breakdown will be attended within 2 hours and the rest will be attended within 12 to 36 hours.

9. If the customer changes his / her address within the city, services will be continued at customer's new address.

10. The Annual Maintenance Scheme is confined to our existing customers only and is non-transferable.
